The area’s first refill store — where people fill household and beauty supplies in reusable containers — is getting ready to relocate.
Refillism, located at 38 S. Beaver St., will soon close its York City storefront and then open a larger one inside a Springettsbury Township shopping center. Founder and owner Elizabeth Bower said the move will make it easier to use and provide room for growth.
